Gregg Schumacher, Founder & President
My name is Gregg Schumacher. I am the Founder of Restore Law and Order. I am also the CEO/Founder of SARE SOLUTIONS, Inc. and Stop Animal Rights Extremists, Inc.
Internationally, our companies effectively fight and counter radical extremism (groups, organizations, and individuals), on behalf of businesses, industries, and citizens. We are strong supporters of the US Constitution, and have developed strategies and legislation that hold government officials accountable, (personally), for their negligence and lawlessness by not upholding the laws of the US Constitution. Furthermore, we are collaborating with businesses and citizens in Portland and throughout the state of Oregon to implement our strategies as plaintiffs and take action against numerous government officials for not enforcing existing laws of the US Constitution, which they took an oath to uphold. The Multi-Plaintiff lawsuits are also against the City of Portland and the State of Oregon. Their negligence and lawlessness resulted in rioting, violence, homelessness, illegal protests and economic damages we are all experiencing.
I am the Owner/President of a multi-generational business that is one of the oldest in Portland Oregon. During the years of 2005-2007, our headquarters and retail operation in downtown Portland, Oregon, (SW 9th & Morrison Street), was terrorized and protested by radical lawless extremists groups and individuals for two straight years, every day, with ZERO law enforcement intervention from the Federal, State, City, or County level. Our security gathered over 520 hours of illegal protesting and terrorist activity, (audio/video) from 1200 hours of total filming. We are known worldwide, (even to this day), for enduring the most aggressive protest/terrorist activity against any animal usage business. Unfortunately, the City of Portland ran us out of town by not enforcing the laws. As a result, we closed our Portland retail operation, Est. 1895 in 2007 which was devastating to the city of Portland and of course my family. Because of the terrorism we also closed all New York and overseas design, manufacturing and wholesale operations. What happened to my family business is exactly what is occurring in Portland and other cities with lawless corrupt government officials not enforcing existing laws.
Marc Thielman, Strategy Consultant
Marc Thielman is an accomplished public-school superintendent and legislative policy expert. Beginning in 2010, Marc worked successfully in a bipartisan manner to pass the Remote Elementary School Funding reform that channeled much needed funding to struggling remote schools many of which would have closed if not for this needed reform.
Marc served as an education policy advisor to the Republican Senate from 2013-2019 advising on a host of issues including Public Employee Retirement System (PERS) Reform and built a reputation as a complex problem solver. He was declared a PERS Expert on the floor of the Oregon State Senate and continues to influence good public policy to this day.
When COVID struck, Marc showed his leadership mettle by keeping the Alsea School District 7J open K-12 during the lockdowns proving that schools could operate safely during the pandemic. Doing so put him directly un the cross hairs of Governor Kate Brown, the Oregon Department of Education, and the Oregon Health Authority. A true David and Goliath story, Marc took on the Government and won, earning national coverage for restoring to Parents their right to decide if their child would be masked or unmasked at school. The Alsea school district had the highest in person attendance rate of any public school during the pandemic, learning gains instead of losses, and hundreds of students and families were spared the needless damage and isolation suffered by so many in other school districts.
Today, Marc is continuing what he calls the Good Fight as an active partner and advocate for Restoring Law and Order. He states, “The system no longer serves the people but instead is serving itself…Power without service is tyranny and we must push back with all legal means to restore Government to its primary purpose…to empower each and every citizen to pursue their own happiness.”
Steve Joncus, Attorney at Law
Steve has enjoyed a wide-ranging career. He was trained as a chemical engineer and enjoyed a 15-year career with Rockwell International before becoming a lawyer.
At the Hanford Site near Richland, Washington, Steve engineered and operated facilities for high-level radioactive waste from 1981 to 1987. Among other things, he was the lead process engineer responsible for the first successful operation of the jet pump program for removing interstitial liquids from high level radioactive waste stored in underground single shell tanks. He redesigned the jet pumps to minimize leaks and increase reliability. His experience at Hanford also included serving as a Shift Support Manager of nuclear process operators on a rotating shift and as a Project Engineer for the start-up of AP Farm—the last double-shell underground tank farm for high level radioactive waste built at the Hanford Site.
Steve was then recruited by Rockwell to work for Rockwell Space Operations Company at Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. There, he managed the Shuttle Mission Simulator, NASA’s highest fidelity astronaut training simulator for the Space Shuttle, for 7 years and 50 Shuttle flights. Steve successfully tackled long-standing problems that had plagued the simulators for years resulting in dramatic improvements in simulator reliability. While managing the Shuttle Mission Simulator full-time, Steve attended law school at the University of Houston at night.
Steve started his legal career in 1996 as a litigation associate at Bracewell in Houston. There he litigated cases concerning breach of contract and related torts as well as disputes in the oil and gas industry. In 1999, Steve was admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
In 2001, Steve joined Klarquist Sparkman, the largest intellectual property boutique law firm in the Pacific Northwest, and became a partner in 2006. At Klarquist, Steve litigated patent, copyright, and trademark disputes on behalf of clients over a wide range of subjects involving software, computers, music, mechanical devices, and chemistry.
In December 2015, Steve started his own firm, Joncus Law P.C.
Rosa Chamberlain, Chief Investigator
Rosa Chamberlain is a 4th generation Oregonian. She graduated from Kaplain University with a major in criminal justice and a minor in law.
She considers herself to be an anti-establishment, constitutionalist. She believes in many ways the current government establishment does not uphold the Constitution or the rule of law, specifically in such states as Oregon, Washington and California. The rights of victims to be protected from criminals and receive justice has been thrown away. The Citizens suffer, as politicians use such phrases as, "Reimagining our criminal justice system."
This is why she has partnered with Restore Law and Order. She believes that "We The People," deserve to have the ability to defend ourselves and others, without fear of prosecution. As taxpayers Citizens we are paying for services not rendered. We have a Right to feel safe in our homes and personal effects. We have the right to fully staffed police departments. We have the right to clean, safe, parks, streets, sidewalks, and public buildings.
Rosa is an adept researcher and dedicates her time to gathering evidentiary proof, performing initial interviews with crime victims, and various other functions to assist in the gathering of information to uphold claims against city, county, and state officials for dereliction of their duties.
B.L. Cozad, Constitutional Consultant
B.L. Cozad Jr entered military service 15 Jan 83 and completed OSUT at Ft Sill, Oklahoma He attained the rank of Sergeant First Class. Duty assignments included Fort Leonardwood, MO; Fort Benning, GA; Camp Casey, Korea; Fort Hood, TX twice; Bindlach, Federal Republic Germany; Fort Sill, OK three times; Deployed to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Iraq. In 1984 an old Vietnam Veteran stated "private Cozad, you took an oath to support and defend the Constitution, you may have to die to uphold that oath. You better figure out what you’re willing to die for". Private Cozad decided to start studying the US Constitution in 1983 and has studied the Constitution and the founding documents of America ever since (40 years and counting).
He retired from the military in 2005 after 22 years of honorable service. Soon after leaving the military, he completed training to become a Licensed Private Investigator. Not long after that he began researching the political and economic situation that America was facing. His research led to awareness of the UN Agenda 21 plan now called Agenda 2030 and the globalists behind it. He soon realized the unconstitutional policies of the UN Agenda were being adopted throughout the vast majority of our government offices in Washington DC, inside the State Capitols and even in Oklahoma.
Sergeant Cozad has written several articles that have circulated the internet and found their way to many newspapers across Oklahoma and in truth in several newspapers, magazines and other publications across the USA.
You cannot defend the Constitution if you do not understand the purpose for which our government was founded, why and how the Constitution was written to protect our individual “unalienable God given rights”. If you don’t have a solid understanding and firm foundation rooted in the Judeo-Christian Bible and complete comprehension of the individual freedoms it offers and your sacred duty as an American to defend the constitutionally protected rights of every American.
SFC Cozad has read through almost every US Supreme Court decision ever published, and through thousands of Federal court decisions. Through this study he learned the format and began writing Motions to Dismiss based on the Constitution and legal precedence he researched. These Motions to Dismiss have been successfully used in court cases from NC to CA and NY to FL.
He is the author of the book “God Gave Man Dominion. The Foundation of American Government.” In this tell-all book he unveils the Satanic globalist families behind a centuries old attempt to seize control of the entire world. He explains the "money changers" tactics, their methods of enslavement to and manipulation of the world's financial system and modern currency (pieces of paper) to steal the wealth of nations. The book also includes the actual constitutional arguments and Motions to Dismiss (modified for the Pro se litigant) that were filed in a court case in Kiowa County Oklahoma. These Motions with slight modification can be used in criminal cases and even civil rights cases involving any property rights issue in any court room in America.
