What We Do

Restore Law and Order and our legal counsel are implementing lawsuits against multiple cities, states, and their respective government officials. We have  gathered all the evidence, have a legal strategy and a strong public relations campaign in place. We are representing businesses, organizations and individuals that incurred economic damages due to government lawlessness and the lack of upholding U.S. Constitutional Law. 

This is a NONPARTISAN issue.

It is about the ability to conduct commerce with the expectation of safety and security.

It is about our elected representatives using a common sense approach to enforce existing laws and protecting our civil rights under the U.S. Constitution. 

Restore Law and Order is effectively fighting and countering radical extremism (groups, organizations, and individuals), on behalf of businesses, organizations and citizens. Our team members are strong supporters of the U.S. Constitution. They have developed strategies and legislation that hold government officials personally accountable for their negligence and lawlessness. Furthermore, we are collating businesses and citizens throughout the country to implement our strategies as plaintiffs, and to act against numerous government officials for not enforcing existing laws of the U.S. Constitution (which they took an oath to do). The results of their inactions, negligence and lawlessness has resulted in rioting, violence, homelessness, illegal protests, COVID, economic and other damages; things that many of us have or are currently experiencing. 

No one other than Restore Law and Order is providing an effective and doable plan to solve these problems that are plaguing communities nationwide wide. 

The potential solutions provided by others continues to relocate and/or spread the crime from one area to the other. We MUST hold our government representatives accountable for their utter dereliction of duty. We are reaching out to you, as we think you will be interested in participating in our specific plan. 

This is important! If this situation of lawlessness is not resolved now, the demise of our nation will continue. 

Restore Law and Order strategies are applicable anywhere that government officials have broken their oath and allowed lawlessness to thrive. The work being done together with you and other businesses will solve this problem and will provide a safe environment in Portland. It will allow businesses to prosper once again in our communities for years to come. 

Restore Law and Order has acquired all evidence needed. We have developed plaintiff relationships, and an exposure marketing/awareness campaign. 

Our goal is to recover economic damages for businesses, individuals and organizations (plaintiffs), to set a precedent for future lawless government candidates not to run for political office, knowing that they could face the same legal, financial & reputational damages as their predecessors. 

One of the primary points of Restore Law and Order legal strategies is to hold government officials personally accountable. When elected officials fail to uphold their oath to the United States Constitution they are personally liable for violation of 42 USC section 1983 at SEQ, due process and other 14th amendment violations, as well as tort laws under state statutes, common law, and violation of local ordinances. This action will discourage individuals, who believe in the ideology of lawlessness and do not uphold the laws of the U.S. Constitution from running for office in future elections. 

Restore Law and Order will make this a national public discussion using multiple media platforms, creating marketing strategies for support, recognition, and collaborating together to create a brighter future for all citizens of the U.S.A.
